Work on candidate specifications
Information about the LSB written specification and how to contribute are available on the spec page. lsb-futures candidates under development can be found on that same page in the Works In Progress section. The spec database is browsable here.
Work on candidate test suites
The LSB uses a testing framework called TET. New candidates to the LSB will require test suites that can work with this framework. This means either writing new test suites or making existing tests work with TET. If you are interested in helping please read Building TET-based LSB Test Suites.
Identify and champion new standards
lsb-futures candidate identification page is here. Contribute an idea or help work on an existing one.
Review and update candidate status
We maintain status of candidates in the candidate tracker. Help is needed keeping this information up to date. Please send any changes or additional information to the lsb-futures mailing list.
